1. Service
PlainMailer provides tools for managing connected email accounts, mailbox warm-up, user access and email campaigns. You remain responsible for your accounts, recipients, message content and compliance with provider rules and applicable law.
2. Authorized use
You may only send messages to recipients you are lawfully permitted to contact. You must not use the service for deception, harassment, credential theft, malware, purchased lists or unlawful unsolicited email.
3. Accounts and security
Keep login and mailbox credentials confidential. Notify the administrator promptly of suspected unauthorized access. Administrators may suspend users or mailboxes to protect the system or third parties.
4. Delivery and availability
Sending limits are safeguards, not guarantees of delivery or inbox placement. Email providers may delay, reject or restrict messages independently.
5. Suspension
Access may be suspended for policy violations, security risks, excessive bounces, complaints or provider restrictions.
6. Contact
Questions about these terms should be sent through the contact details published by the site operator.
